"My original paintings often take months to paint as I build up layers to create visual effects, and I am usually working on several paintings in my studio. I rarely use traditional paint brushes, instead working with a variety of tools like pasty scrapers, rollers, sticks, and even old credit cards to apply and move paint around the surface.
